One price per district. The property type and its floor area make no difference to it: the visit is the same visit whatever is behind the fence.
What arrives
Photographs, with the day on them.
They go onto your account, and that is the whole of the delivery. Your building is a few thousand kilometres away and going up without you; once a month you see it, and you do not have to ask anyone for a favour.
The limits
What it does not do.
Nobody goes inside. It is a photograph of the outside, and it is honest about being that.
- It does not tell you what changed since last time.
- It does not read your contract.
- It does not say when the build will be finished.
- It does not name defects or judge the work.
For any of those you want the report: someone goes to your townhouse or villa, photographs it, and sets it against what your contract says should be there by now.
